Bob’s Cars

In addition to being a superb autobody man, painter and mechanic Bob Fleischmann was my friend. He died last September and left his wife Jean with a storage building full of project cars.

They are going to be auctioned on Saturday, August 12 at the storage building in Portsmouth, NH at 11AM, all on bills of sale only, as is, where is, without reserve and selling to the highest bidder. There is a wide variety, from a 1965 Corvair convertible with the 180hp turbo-charged engine through the Pantera he and I drove on the 1980 U.S. Express from Long Island to Redondo Beach to a 40′ Vogue Prima Vista motor home. There are desirable projects in semi-finished condition.

There is a page here with more details and there will be better photography after the cars have been moved around for easier access: https://rickcarey.com/bobs-cars/ or search the site for “barn find”.
